We’re Art and Tracy, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to safety, security, and empowering others with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their loved ones. As a woman-owned, veteran-owned, and minority-owned business, we bring both passion and purpose to everything we do.

Our story is built on service. Art is a retired military veteran and retired law enforcement officer, now serving as a certified firearms instructor. Tracy is a retired law enforcement officer, current security consultant, and certified firearms instructor. Together, we bring decades of real-world experience to every class and consultation.

With Precision Carry LTC, we combine our backgrounds in the military, law enforcement, and private security to provide training that is professional, practical, and rooted in real-life expertise. Whether it’s firearms instruction or personal safety training, our mission is simple: to prepare and protect.

Both Art and Tracy have the following certifications:

• NRA Pistol Instructor
• NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO)
• NRA Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Instructor 
• NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home Instructor (PPITH – Tracy only) 
• NRA Personal Protection Outside the Home Instructor (PPOTH – Tracy only)
• Texas LTC Instructor
